Built for extreme heat, harsh chemicals, and non-stop industrial use.
Industries across India and the world trust our Cecebe HP Porcelain Saddles for distillation, absorption, and scrubbing columns. We are a direct manufacturer and exporter based in India, supplying plants in 20+ countries with consistent quality and full technical support.
Tower packing is a filling material placed inside industrial columns. It creates a large surface area where gas and liquid can mix properly. This improves separation, absorption, and scrubbing efficiency.
Porcelain tower packing is made from high-grade fired ceramic. It handles acid, high heat, and chemical exposure far better than metal or plastic packing.
Our Cecebe HP Porcelain Saddles use a saddle shape that:
This product is for process engineers, plant managers, and procurement teams in chemical, fertilizer, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical industries.
Key problems it solves:
Step 1: Share Your Column Details Tell us your column diameter, operating temperature, pressure range, and chemicals involved. A quick 10-minute conversation is enough to start.
Step 2: We Recommend the Right Packing Our engineer selects the best size and shape for your process. You receive a technical proposal with product specs, quantity estimate, and pricing.
Step 3: Manufacturing and Quality Testing Your order is produced under ISO-compliant processes. We test for crush strength, bulk density, and dimensions on every batch before it leaves our facility.
Step 4: Secure Packing and Dispatch Packed in PP woven bags or jumbo bags with inner liners. Export shipments are created and fully documented as per destination country requirements.
Step 5: After-Sales Technical Support We send loading instructions and density calculation guides with every order. Our team is available by phone and email for post-installation questions at no extra charge.

What sets us apart:
Real Result from a Customer in Gujarat: A chemical manufacturer replaced imported packing in a 1.2-meter diameter absorption tower with our 38 mm porcelain saddles. The result was a 14% improvement in absorption efficiency, a 22% reduction in pressure drop, and zero replacement needed over 4 years of continuous operation.

We provide application-specific guidance for each industry. Our team understands the process requirements that differ between a sulphuric acid absorption tower and a pharmaceutical solvent recovery unit.
Porcelain tower packing fills industrial columns. It creates a large contact surface where gas and liquid interact efficiently. This is used in processes like distillation, gas absorption, and chemical scrubbing to improve separation and purification.
Cecebe HP Porcelain Saddles are a saddle-shaped ceramic packing with high surface area and low pressure drop. The curved shape stops pieces from nesting together, keeps liquid distribution even, and improves flow throughout the column.
Standard sizes range from 13 mm to 75 mm. The most common sizes for industrial use are 25 mm, 38 mm, and 50 mm. Custom sizes are available for columns with specific diameter or performance requirements.
Our porcelain tower packing handles continuous temperatures up to 1000°C. This makes it a good choice for thermal oxidizers, hot gas absorption, and high-pressure steam stripping, where plastic packing would not last.
Yes. Porcelain resists sulphuric acid at all concentrations. It is the standard material used in sulphuric acid plant absorption towers. The only acid that attacks porcelain is hydrofluoric acid (HF).
A simple rule is that the column diameter should be at least 8 to 10 times the packing size. For a 1-meter column, 38 mm to 50 mm packing is a typical choice. Our technical team can calculate the correct size based on your actual flow rates and separation targets.
Raschig rings are simple cylinders with lower surface area and higher pressure drop. Saddles have a curved profile that stops nesting, gives more free space inside the column, and reduces pressure drop. Saddles generally give better performance in modern tower designs.
Yes. We are an established exporter and ship to customers in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, and Europe. We provide all required export documents, material certificates, packing lists, and can arrange sea or air freight based on your requirement.
Standard sizes are available within 7 to 15 working days. Large orders or custom sizes may require 3 to 6 weeks. We maintain stock of popular sizes for urgent requirements.
The most common method is wet loading. The column is partially filled with water before packing is added. This lets pieces settle gently without breaking. Dry loading is also possible for smaller columns. We include a full loading guide with every order.
Every shipment includes a product data sheet, bulk density and crush strength test report, pre-shipment inspection certificate, packing list, and invoice. Material safety data sheets and third-party test reports are available on request.
Porcelain is made from kaolin clay fired at very high temperature until it becomes dense and non-porous. Standard ceramic packing can be more porous and less strong. Porcelain gives better chemical resistance and longer service life, especially in acid and high-temperature environments.
